RODIZIO AL BARRIL
Personal data privacy policy
Draft for review. Legal controller details and operational terms must be completed before final publication.
Controller and contact
Rodizio al Barril, Jamundí, Colombia. Before final publication, the controller’s legal name, tax ID, registered address, physical address, email and privacy contact department must be completed. For initial assistance, contact WhatsApp +57 315 891 5380.
Information and purposes
Depending on the service requested, we may receive your name, email, phone, reservation details, group size, special occasion, decoration choice, delivery address, order and menu ratings. These details are used to handle reservations, quotes, events, orders, customer service and dish rankings. Contact details will not be published with ratings. Do not include third-party or sensitive information in open text fields.
Authorization and marketing
Processing requires prior, informed and demonstrable authorization unless a legal exception applies. Authorization for a booking or order does not authorize advertising. Promotional messages and advertising audiences require separate, optional consent. You may withdraw that consent through our contact channel without affecting your service request.
Your rights
You may access your data free of charge, update or correct it, request proof of authorization and information about its use, and request deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may complain to Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce after first completing the applicable inquiry or complaint procedure with the controller. Deletion may be restricted by legal or contractual retention duties.
Inquiries and complaints
Identify the data subject, provide a reply channel and describe your request. Identity will be verified proportionately. Inquiries are addressed within 10 business days, extendable by up to 5 further business days with notice of the reason and new deadline. Complete complaints are addressed within 15 business days, extendable by up to 8 further business days with reasoned notice. Incomplete requests will be handled in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012.
Access, security and retention
Only authorized personnel and service providers needed to deliver the service may access information under confidentiality and security duties. We do not sell personal data. Technology and delivery providers receive only the access needed for their role. International transfers and processing arrangements must meet applicable requirements. Data is retained for authorized purposes and legal duties, then deleted or anonymized. Operations must apply access controls, backups and incident response measures.
Sensitive data, children and tracking
Sensitive information is not required to reserve. If exceptionally necessary, its purpose will be explained and providing it will be voluntary, with express consent where required. Adults must manage group reservations involving children; this form does not request children’s personal data. This preview does not add our own advertising pixels. Notice and appropriate consent will precede non-essential tracking. WhatsApp and social networks also apply their own policies.
Effective date and changes
Draft prepared on 18 September 2026. Operational effect begins after controller approval and final publication. Material changes will be announced on the website; renewed authorization will be requested where changed purposes require it. This preview’s reservation form does not send or store reservations.
Menu ratings
With your authorization, a rating stores a score from 1 to 5, dish, month, update date and a pseudonymous browser identifier. A first-party cookie required for this feature lasts up to one year; the server stores a hashed identifier. No name or email is required. Updating a monthly rating does not add another vote. Aggregate scores appear on the menu and recommendations; identifiers are not published. This browser-based control does not verify purchases or prevent voting from another device. To manage your data, retain access to the browser used to vote and contact the controller.
